Free fall [confirmed]
Nicky once fell off stage while singing. Someone had left a stall he hadn't noticed and he went over backwards. He carried on!

A weighty issue [confirmed]
Nicky used to be 23 stone. His singing teacher told him in no uncertain terms that he could do even better if he was in shape. So, with characteristic determination, he joined the Slimming World programme, and promptly lost 8 stone!
