Russell Watson releases classic track

After his success on the hit BBC1 celebrity-singing showdown ‘Just the Two of Us’ with actress Sian Reeves, Watson is to release the very first song they sang together, the classic Elvis track 'Can't Help Falling in Love'.

The song is released in two variations. The first a radio edit, mixed by Andy Green (producer of Keanes Bedshaped album), the second taken from his latest album ‘The Ultimate Collection’.

Watson delivers them both in his own inevitable style (even adding a hint of Elvis in for good measure).

Track three is ‘Always there’ another great track from Brendan Graham the writer of Watson’s previously unreleased single ‘You Raise Me Up’.

Bonus track four is video footage of the TV performance of ‘Great Balls of Fire’ (the famous red suit) playable through your PC. Those looking for the ‘swoon’ factor will not be disappointed even though Ms Reeve’s vocal performance is somewhat lacking.

The single is sure to well, appealing to a wide audience in the mainstream and hopefully even being accepted by die-hard Elvis fans.

‘Can’t Help Falling in Love’ is released on 17/04/06.
