There is an article in today's Shropshire Star about the filming of Songs of Praise which is taking place today and tomorrow in Shrewsbury.

The bit about Aled says:

"Popular presenter and singer Aled Jones will front the first two programmes - it was Rowan who first suggested Aled for Songs of Praise.
