Alfie attended the Silver Clef Awards at the Park Lane Hilton last night (4 July 2008). His role for the evening was to present the Classical award and it went to Scottish violinist Nicola Benedetti.

The guest list this year included The Fratellis, Lily Allen, Jeremy Clarkson, Russell Brand and Sara MacDonald.

The event is staged annually and helps raise funds for the music therapy charity Nordoff-Robins. The funding helps secure the support they provide to adults and children through approximately 30,000 projects and sessions in the UK.
