The guys will be appearing on the Alan Titchmarsh Show on Friday
The show was recorded on Wednesday 18th
I was there I saw a live show and the recorded show which goes out on Friday they sang first and then Alan asked them some questions how they all met, how they came to choose the name, when was their album out, what do they sing on it.
They are 4 handsome guys with great voices they sang Swing High Swing Low Chariots which is very special to me as I am a Big Rugby Fan.
These guys will will be great stars of the future.
They had a backing group with them but the music was on a backing track (CD) if thats how you describe it.

Glad you enjoyed their performance Mary.
For everyone else not lucky enough to see the live show, tune in to ITV Friday 21Sep 3.00-4.00 to catch the guys on Alan's show. |

Did anyone manage to catch the performance?
I did and I thought that their version of Swing Low sounded incredible! Their voices blend so well together and produce such a wonderful and rich sound.
You also got to hear a few words from the guys themselves and it was fun to hear them talk about being compared to the likes of Il Divo. Ollie said that they differed because they(Il Divo) are "much older than we are" (mid 30's isn't that old, cheeky boy! ) but then went on to qualify that because of this, Il Divo were more vocally matured and further down the line operatically, whereas some of Blake were still training. Jules also said that if they achieved half of the success of Il Divo it would be amazing.
It's good to hear a bit more about the group and see that as well as being talented singers, they also have a sense of humour.
As you heard the guys mention, Swing Low, is one of the tracks featured on the Official album of the Rugby World Cup - World in Union. To order the CD CLICK HERE

| Does anyone know when their cd is due out? I was also a massive G4 fan who is gutted they split up, but I did hear Blake perform on This Morning some weeks back now, and I was impressed enough with their performance to want to hear some more. Have just tried the link above but it's not playing ball tonight. |

Are Blake appearing on the Alan Titchmarsh show today?? Stephen recently had his facebook update saying 'preparing for the end of the Alan Titchmarsh show' but he hasn't replied yet when I sent him a message.
Plus, I just looked on Teletext and it says the show is featuring 'the best of British'. Can't get much more British than Blake can you! x _________________ 'A life in music is a life beautifully spent.' (Pavarotti) |

| Unfortunately they weren't on the show today. Perhaps they are guests at an ends of season party that Alan is holding following his last show of the series. I am sure they will be back on there next season though as they have proved to be popular guests. |

Blake weren't listed on the show details on the ticket allocation site - and we did have the Duchess of York instead.....! |

I read that too Lynz - was hoping they'd be on but it wasn't to be. Did have a lovely surprise with seeing them on Loose Women though! |
