Hi Karen,
Good to hear from you again, and I am glad you are making it to Rhyl. I wish.... - but no, its a little too far!!!
Do you all know that you can add your names to the concert goers for the concerts you are going to - go to "My concerts" and fill in as appropriate. If you go to the full concert list, you will see 1 person so far is going to Croydon (me!) so Silwa and Dawn - add on there! And Brina and Karen to Rhyl, and Lyndsey to Peterborough, and Silwa to Worthing and ..... ?

So how long now??
I am due to be moving house (fingers crossed) at the end of March so the Aled concerts will be perfect relaxation and escapism from the hustle and bustle moving entails!
Can't wait!

But Silwa, you will be moving in the middle of the tour! - make sure you don't make it the day of the Worthing concert!!! And remember you need a spare bed that night..... but I don't mind sharing a room with boxes if necessary! yes - I have got my ticket. Now I just need organise to be off work that day.
yes, 2 months. Hopefully Aled will no longer be hop-along Jones by then.

| I'm still hoping to see Aled in April but the Broadway at Peterborough isn't advertising the concert on their webpage, so I've asked my sister to pop in there at some point to ask if it's still on. x |

Hi Lyndsey,
The tour news item gave the telephone numbers of the theatres - for Peterborough it is Telephone: 01733 31610046. Why don't you give them a call and ask?

Hi Xbons
yes I know I will be moving in the middle of the tour but hopefully we will have moved before the Worthing concert! That's a good point though to make sure it's not the day of the Worthing concert - or I could just leave the entire move to the husband?? Hmm don't think so!! Nothing will stop me from being free that day! Fantastic that you got a ticket!! There will be a spare bed - will put a box aside for you somewhere!?
I'm sooooooooo looking forward to it!!

| Hi Silwa I do not think they like him - are they mad or what? & of course another small consideration (which I could have overcome) I am working that Saturday. |

Love your emoticons, Silwa! Lucky fellow... I hardly dare follow....!
I know what westport means about not everyone liking Aled - mad or what? Much as I love my dear son - he does not like Aled at all - But he tolerates my interest and enjoyment, so that is all I can ask! |

Hi! The emoticons are good fun aren't they!
Westport - given that you were considering the Cardiff concert - do I take it the worthing one would be too far? You could always sleep at my place!? Even though I'm not quite sure where I'll be living on that precise day!? I can make another bed spare!
And yes - I too have friends who say they don't like Aled but I fear some of them haven't even heard his adult voice and/or just don't think it's cool! They just don't know what they're missing!
(ok - I dare say the novelty of all these emoticons will wear off eventually!? )

Hi LL,
Anyone else going to Peterborough that you know of? I know Todd is going to Skegness.
Don't forget to add yourself on the "My concerts" bit - and have a great time (what else could you have?!) Up the Aled!!!
(Yup, I've found them too!) |

| Hi again Silwa - that is really kind of you - I do not even know when the Worthing concert is - I live in S. Wales - so I guess it would be quite a way - my geography is not up to much either! Where are you moving to? I moved last year only locally but it was a hassle! & you have 2 small boys!. I now have 2 big boys (30 & 33) so I know what it is like. Fortunately neither live with me now but we moved 4 times in the 80's!! |
