I am looking forward to it, hope it does really well for Russell. We will still get that beautiful voice no matter what he sings. We will be in the UK for the release, so much looking forward to that, maybe we will even get to see some TV interviews in between the concerts. Very Happy

nettie I hope you will be able to get your cd signed Very Happy (I hope I can too)

I'm looking forward to the album too. Glad it's changed it's name from Passion. But you never know it could still change it's name again Laughing Laughing Laughing

Will be interesting to here the new direction and what songs he does choose for the album. I love Russell's voice no matter whether he's Belting out a big number or singing softly and if it's some Frank Sinatra songs (amongst others), I think Russell can still do both. Very Happy

Yes I agree, although I was initially disappointed with no arias, Julie on RWUK made a very good point.....Whatever Russell does, he puts everything in to it. So I am looking forward to hearing it, and wish him lots of luck. Very Happy Very Happy

well looks like it wont be getting signed at the concerts Rolling Eyes

I'm hoping the UK concerts will still be going ahead tho and Russell is ok, and it is only due to promotions (or not yet finished recording) that the cd release date has been put back.

What is the actual name of the new cd as amazon.uk.com is calling it "Passion". So
is it that or "Love Affair?" Either name is suitable but I want to make sure I have ordered the right one, but as they showed the date to have been moved to February of 2007 for release, I guess it is one and the same. Will be waiting with anticipation anyway and have already preordered 4 copies of the cd. Love Russell's
voice and always will. He just gets better and better as far as I am concerned.

Whatever is included in Russell's new CD, we will all buy it (or several copies). Anything worth having is worth waiting for, so whenever it is released will be just fine with me. In the meantime, Russell has to rest and get completely fit and we all wish him the very best. Joyce (Baroness of Watson) California.
