Classic FM magazine's August issue is out now with Bryn Terfel on the cover and a competition to win VIP tickets to the Faenol festival weekend.
ClassicalX style highlights inside include The Choirboys, Rolf Harris's portrait of Katherine Jenkins, an interview with JLW, the best CDs to take on your summer holidays and a very funny piece with the top ten pop and rock songs inspired by classical music and where to hear the originals on CD. There's the usual mix of pictures of favourites inside and a free CD of Handel that includes the piece they use for the world cup television coverage on the BBC. There's also competitions inside to win tickets to see Russell among other things.
