Tomorrow Aled and Hayley are taking part in a celebration of the Welsh National Anthem (I have just heard Hayley say her gt gt grandmother (I think it was!) was Welsh, so that is her connection. This is taking place during the day in Pontypridd, but it will be broadcast on radio Wales at 9.00.

I just heard Aled say that he and Hayley will sing Pokerare Ana together (sorry - spelling?!) at the concert tomorrow - she told him to practice his Maori!

I was listening this morning and it was a lovely interview. I still can't get over the fact that she is only a few months older than me!!!

I managed to listen to the interview as well and feel that it was brilliant.
One question for you, How did Aled and Hayley first meet.

First meet? I don't know, Isobel, but presumably professionally. Then Aled moved to the same management as Hayley, Bedlam. They certainly seem to know each other well now, and have performed together many times - the last time that I am aware of was at Friday Night is Music Night the Friday before last, when I was lucky enough to be there and to meet both of them afterwards.
