Nick Garrett - who is featured on the Home Page here and has his own website too at www.nickgarrett.net is also very much in evidence on MY SPACE - so Nicola you could definitely become his friend!!!!!!!!!!!!
He is gaining new friends every day..... and is blown away by the many incredible comments posted up there on his music and on him in general  so Nicola why not take a look for yourself and make more friends at the same time??? Lots of his new friends from My Space and of course Classical X are also finding their way to his own website and joining in the fun there too.

I'm a member of myspace, only joined up fairly recently so haven't had a chance to build up my friends yet...although NICK GARRETT is one of them, so I'm off to a good start! 
It seems to be quite a popular site though and a great way to meet up with other people with similar interests. You should definitely take the time to browse around Nicola and get yourself some friends added. I know there are other Nick fans registered on myspace and I'm sure there are other classicalx people on there too. |

Nicola, Grantie is right. I have just been having a look into MySpace.com myself and most of the artists featured on here also have profiles on MySpace...some, like Hayley Westenra and Il Divo have more than one profile set up.Out of the artists listed here, the most popular in terms of friends is Andrea Bocelli who has 4190. Some of the other artists listed here are still relatively new to MySpace though but it is worth checking out their profiles etc and as has already been said, you can make new friends along the way.

Most of the artist pages are not the real artists, but they tend to admit that. They are known as MySpace fansites. Some of them are real though and generally authentic, because the majority of artists on there are unsigned and independent. As for people who ARE pretending to be the artists - they will have a hard time convincing people that they are the real artists, especially as MySpace is mainly a blog site when the artists write their own blogs.
