They're very good Tony! mutlilingual too
Nick's last album with Amici was Defined, so how about Redefined
Other than that how about any of the following..........
On My Own
Keep the Music Playing
Flying Solo
This time Its Personal (didn't someone else have this title for an album? can't remember)
That'll do for now, if I think of any others, I'll post them later. |

Too cheesy for Nick - he'll have it sorted out I would imagine. What about plain and simply "Introducing NICK GARRETT"

I agree Jack his first CD should introduce him with just his name
"Nick Garrett". |

I have a couple more ideas for Songs that Nick could perform on his album. He's probably got this one sorted all by now but maybe it could be something to think about for the next one.
I recently heard the piece of music Exodus and I understand that there are lyrics to accompany this. I don't know if it is something that is suited to Nick's voice but the music itself is beautiful and it would be lovely to hear Nick sing along to it.
Also, as Nick has such a gorgeous speaking voice (we know this from his narration of Enoch Arden)how about him narrating something like a Shakespeare Sonnet to a piece of classical music? |

Grantie you should suggest that idea on Nick's website too, it's cool.

| I agree - I hope Nick will consider a narration once again, he probably has some music composition of his own that would just lend itself for such a project... |

Thanks Amy and Astrid!
I studied Shakespeare for A levels and my degree and think his work is brilliant. I have a CD which the RSC did with famous actors and singers all reciting sonnets - some of which are sung as well. It is a lovely CD but I think Nick would really do them justice if he were to give it a try. He does haver the prefect voice for singing and narrating as we've said. |

There are some great ideas on this topic! It shows you've put a lot of thought into it too so thankyou.
As you may have noticed, Classicalx has added a lyric section to their site with the various artists' lyrics, but nothing has been added for Nick yet. This is because we are waiting for the release of the album. Once its been released, all lyrics will be added and you'll be able to sing along with Nick to your hearts content
Didn't want you to think we'd forgotten about him
You should know better than that

No one seeing my avatar could wonder about that could they!
Actually the new avatar was Xboss's idea! Helps to identify which Team Member is responsible for which artist - you may see a few more team members changing theirs soon too! They are just for Team Members though I'm afraid!
I like the sound of the tornado posting session

| I have just been looking at all the other Classicalx artists who have albums coming out in the next few months - it is exciting but a lot of them do tend to stick to material that has already been covered. There's nothing wrong with that of course as this songs have probably stood the test of time and are old favourites to many. It would just been nice to see some new material out there that hasn't already been covered by 3 or 4 other artists - something unique and original. I hope Nick's album will have some of this. He is an outstanding musician so I'm sure he will have worked on arranging some new pieces on his album. |
