The most requested artist so far has been added to the site!
The Aled Jones page has been fast tracked and included NOW due to the sheer volume of people who bombarded our 'SUBMIT AN ARTIST' link. Thanks to all of you for taking time to get in touch to let us know what you wanted, and we hope you enjoy the new page and forum. See you there! Very Happy

Bonita, You were a voice amoung so many shouting for Aled to be included, if half of those who requested his page actually post on the forum, it will be VERY busy. We hope everyone enjoys it. Very Happy

We will build it up slowly, xcept, I am sure we will! I have already added something on the facts bit -as Aled is presenting The Great Music Show on BBC 2 this week and it has been very well recieved, and people might like to watch (if they are not at work...!) The URL is:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/classicaltv/greatmusicshow/index.shtml

if anyone is interested. I added it tonight as it is only on this week.

Can't stop now! Aled is also presenting Friday Nght is Music Night this Friday, (10th) on radio 2 at 7.30, and also, I am afraid, the FNIMN in which Russell Watson is appearing on Feb 24th! And of course classicresponse - and maybe singing there also - he did last year. And he now presents Good Morning Sunday every Sunday am on radio 2 from 7-9.

And then he has a short tour starting March 1st - if anyone wants any dates / places, do ask

He is a vey busy fellow! Smile

He was good, wasn't he? The dance with David Grant wsa hilarious. I was at the recording and they were very out of breath at the end! Unfortuntely ( Crying or Very sad ) they got it right first time and did not have to do it again - but if they had, they would have needed 1/4 hour's breather before starting again! ( Crying or Very sad only because we would have enjoyed seeing it again!) We enjoyed Joseph also - the quality of Aled's voice really contrasted with some (especially one) of the other singers on the show.

Thanks for adding Aled to the site xcept! Very Happy I can't wait for the tour in March, so anyone who can get to a venue do go as he is even better in concert than on CD!

I hope to be a regular poster on here and I'm sure we'll be joined by many more in the near future. Smile

Brina.
