Gala Concert with the Jersey Symphony Orchestra
Sat 8th August

Lesley will be joining the Jersey Symphony Orchestra and conductor Philip Ellis in concert at the Gloucester Hall, Fort Regent in St Helier at 8pm. The box office is not yet open but further details will be announced shortly.

To celebrate the Regent Theatre's 80th Anniversary, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, together with Britain’s most popular soprano Lesley Garrett, present a gala performance featuring a selection of all your favourite music from opera, stage and screen.

In the words of Lesley Garrett; "An 80th Anniversary is always worthy for celebration and I'm delighted that I will be performing with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to mark this special occasion. A vibrant regional theatre contributes so much to the culture of the area and the Ipswich Regent is at the very heart of this. The RPO are a superb orchestra and together we will be creating a very special programme to make this a memorable performance."

Lesley Garrett will switch on the Christmas lights in Highgate today at 4.30pm 20 November 2009

Due to a family bereavement, Lesley was unable to perform in Dublin on the 31st October as planned. She deeply regretted having to withdraw from the concert which has now been re-scheduled for Thursday June 17th. Further details will be posted shortly and the National Concert Hall box office will be handling all enquiries
