The info about SOP for this coming Sunday states:

'As part of the BBC poetry season, Aled visits the land of song and meets with Professor Gwyn Thomas, a former National Poet for Wales. He learns of his new words, which now describe the highest summit in England and Wales on Snowdon's new visitor centre, Hafod Eryri. He also learns about the heavy slate quarrying industry that made the village of Llanberis as it stands today. Finally, Aled experiences an interesting flight with the RAF Valley search and rescue crew.'

And what a fantastic programme it was, with great panoramic views of the Welsh countryside, plus the extra bonus of Aled singing "Be Still", what more could you want..

Todd.

It was indeed a lovely programme, and the views of Snowdonia were breathtaking.

The video of Aled siging "Be still" (very appropriate in the wonderful scenery) has now been added to his video vault Very Happy
