I will list the Aled concerts, both singing and presenting here, and will update as more information comes through:

May:

Saturday 9th: Bodelwyddan Castle, N Wales: Aled appearing at Bodelwyddan Castle (part of the Warner Hotel Group) as the guest performer during a weekend break. Unfortunately tickets are available only to those staying at the hotel as part of the special break but can be booked on line at www.warnerbreaks.co.uk. The current cost for this 3 night Star Break is from £ 231.75pp

June

Tuesday 2nd: Songs of Praise will be recording at the KingsGate Community Church Peterborough on Monday 1 June, 7pm - 10pm, with Diane Louise Jordan, and on Tuesday 2 June, 7pm - 10pm, with Aled Jones. The songs will be led by worship leader Noel Richards and his band. If you would like to participate, it would help if you came along to the singing rehearsal on Monday 18 May 7-10pm. Saturday 20th: Hartlepool, Borough Hall: 7.00 – 9.30: Jubilee concert; Aled will perform two solo spots and sing with the rest of the 55-strong Hartlepool Male Voice Choir. Tickets available from Hartlepool Tourist Information Centre, tel. (01429) 890000. Seats £15 and £20

July:

Saturday 18th: Gibside, Burnopfield, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE16 6BG 8.00 - 10:30: Classical Spectacular & Fireworks.
Aled presents an evening of classical music with a fantastic fireworks finale. Experience Northern Sinfonia in its 50th season - a welcome return to Gibside. BAFTA-nominated New Yorker Carl Davis conducts a programme including Williams' beautiful 'The Lark Ascending' and Tchaikovsky's '1812 Overture' alongside soloist Bradley Creswick. 'Land of Hope and Glory' and a stunning fireworks spectacular will conclude this magical evening.'

Sunday 19th: Kilworth House Theatre, grounds of Kilworth House Hotel: 8.00 – 10.00: Aled in concert. Aled Jones – Singer, Actor, Radio and TV Presenter, loved by the nation originally for his pure treble voice, is looking forward to appearing at Kilworth Theatre for an evening of music and entertainment. August

Sunday 9th: Glastonbury Abbey, Somerset: 7:30 pm - 11:00 pm: Glastonbury Abbey Extravaganza 2009. A concert performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Glastonbury Abbey, hosted by Aled Jones (who will also perform two songs), also staring soprano Jo Appleby and tenor Andrew Rees, plus support from The Corelli Quartet. Saturday 3rd: Salvation Army Citadel, Rockingham Road, Kettering, Northants: 7.00: The Masquerade Choir, Kettering, celebrating 10 years since their formation, will be joined on stage tonight by Aled Jones. For tickets, costing £15, call Barry Clark on 01536 484306.
Thursday 22nd: Hull City Hall: 7.30 - 9.45: Hull Choral Union celebrate their 80th Anniversary with a concert that features Aled Jones as the soloist. In addition the concert will be introducing the Hull Choral Union Junior Chorus, so its definitely a night not to be missed

Wednesday 2nd
To celebrate the 90th birthday of the Gloucestershire Women’s Institute, Aled will be joining the Cheltenham Women’s Institute for two concerts on Wednesday December 2nd, at 2.30 and 7.15.; he will be appearing along with Premier Brass; James Brown, Organist; Ian Fox, Conductor and the Women’s Institute Choir at Cheltenham Town Hall

Friday 15th: BBC 2: 7.30 – 9.15: Singer-songwriter Paul Carrack and American jazz singer Melody Gardot feature in this week's edition of Friday Night Is Music Night, hosted by Aled, live from LSO St Luke's in London. Melody performs a selection of songs from her new album, while Carrack concludes the show with some of his greatest hits, accompanied by the BBC Concert Orchestra.

June:

Friday 12th: The Mermaid and radio 2: 7.30 – 9.15: Friday Night is Music Night - Aled presents the BBC Concert Orchestra and guest conductor Martin Yates performing music from the movies and musicals at the Mermaid Theatre in London. With singing guests Emma Williams and Patrick Clancy.

Friday 19th: radio 2: 7.30 - 9.15 Aled presents a tribute to Tony Hatch. Joining the BBC Concert Orchestra are a host of stars including Alesha Dixon and Tony Hadley. Recorded at London's Mermaid Theatre (repeat)

Friday 26th: The Mermaid and radio 2: 7.30 – 9.15: Friday Night is Music Night - London's Mermaid Theatre is the venue for this week's edition of Friday Night Is Music Night, presented by Aled. There's music for everyone, including a touch of jazz from Geoff Eales; musical theatre from Abigail Jaye and Keith Jack; and special guests the Kenyan Boys Choir.

Unfortuntely Aled is no longer presenting FNIMN from The Mermaid on August 7th, as he is sitting in for Steve Wright on radio 2 that afternoon between 2.00 and 5.00.
