This is really exciting news, isn't is........COOL....Russell is going to be releasing a BEST OF CD...... another CD to add to my collection.

The songs I'd like to see on the CD are:

Nessum Dorma (as rainy says this WILL def. be ON the CD).
Nella Fantasia.
Caruso.
Panis Angelicus.
Vienna.
Funiculi - Funicula (?) debating weather this should be on
Ave Maria.
Core 'Ngrato.
Granada.
The Living Years.
La Danza.
Immenso Sogno.
All Or Nothing
Santa Lucia.
Did You Ever.
Va Pensiero.
Volare. (?) debating weather this should be on
O Sole Mio.
E Lucevan Le Stelle.
Where My Heart Will Take Me.
Amore Musica.
YRMU.
Pray For The Love.
I'll Walk With God.
Magia Sara (h)
ll Gladiatore.
The Alchemist.
We Will Stand Together.

Think I'd best STOP there it will be a DOUBLE CD by the time I've finished cricky moses I'm SO glad I don't have to make a decision in what songs go on the CD. It's going to be hard to decide just what songs will go onto the CD.

It's a shame I could'n't bring the emoticons with me! Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing (don't ask - ppl on RWUK will hopefully know what I mean Very Happy )

A really great pic Sylvie. Razz Razz Razz Thx a lot for this. agree Joyce...One look at the cover and a lot more albums should be sold. You could be forgiven for thinking it was a different man to the pic on the USA Amore Musica CD.

What a handsome man.
If Universal will advertise this album in Hong Kong, I believe The Ultimate Collection should sell very well in here.

Mmmmm, totally agree with you all! Russ looks at his cutest and best on this new CD cover. Lovely to see him back to his gorgeous, happy self. Very Happy Very Happy

I actually wonder if this CD is simply a good way for him to wrap up his 5-CD commitments with Decca/Universal, and move on to another company that looks after him better. It completes his contractual obligations and frees him up to pursue other things like musical stagework, acting, etc. We've heard about another CD for later in the year, but could be with another company.... Question What do you think? Strange that Universal have suddenly decided to update the OS website - we initially had the bare minimum stuff, then absolutely nothing for ages, then a rush of info - maybe a bit of a last gasp effort by them to try to retain him?? Neutral

Have pre-ordered the new CD - of course we'll all buy it!! Who could resist?? Pics alone are worth the cost. Think of the 2 new tracks as a bonus Laughing Mr. Green
