I'm right excited about it now
OK So I was anyway, But you get me
Only one Im like Hmmmm I dunno is the DB if your not the one
I always found the song irritating
Or was that just Daniel ??
I'm sure once Jon (and Hayley)has put his own stamp on it though I will be eating my words and be blown blown away. As has been said on his official site them high notes. WOW
I have no doubt he will make that song his own
And I will love it,
Im most excited about' Panis Angelicus,' so far
Just to hear the difference in it now from way back then
Im sure it will bare no similarities what so ever, Bless him.
Ooo is it october yet

I agree Jules, I am so glad he is re-recording this one - the difference will be amazing seeing how far he has come since then and especially in the last few months. the transformation is incredible

Album Update
We're delighted to confirm that Jonathan's new album will be called 'Forever' and is set to be released on 13th October. Tracks set to appear on the album include Who Wants to Live Forever, If You're Not the One (with Hayley Westenra), Panis Angelicus, Aranjuez, Nessun Dorma, E Lucevan e Stelle, Amor ti Vieta and Hearts of England.
Wonderful, wonderful news -i'm thrilled with those choices and how brilliant we will have another duet with Hayley
This album is looking stunning -so can't wait

Thanks for the info Jonfan, I like the idea of having to wait a week less!!
It looks as though the Crouch End Festival Chorus are accompanying Jonathan on parts of this album
"Recordings: recent sessions include work for new albums by Travis,
Jonathan Ansell
and Katherine Jenkins "

Quote:
Crouch End Festival Chorus, under the direction of David Temple, is one of the leading symphony choruses in the country and has gained both national and international recognition.
Now in its 24th year, the choir is known for its versatility and eclectic repertoire, promoting its own concerts with music ranging from the traditional classical works to modern and specially commissioned pieces. Recent performances have ranged from Beethoven and Britten to Bernstein and The Beach Boys.
Recent highlights are many, whether singing with Ray Davies at the BBC Electric Proms (and again at Hampton Court in June 0
or performing John Adams’ Harmonium in the presence of the composer. In November 2007 CEFC joined the BBC Symphony Chorus and Philharmonia Chorus in a revival of John Foulds’s monumental A World Requiem for Radio 3; and recently performed for a third time with legendary film composer Ennio Morricone. CEFC is delighted to welcome Maestro Morricone, international star Bryn Terfel and the great Ray Davies as its newest patrons.
CEFC is frequently in demand from top UK promoters. Recent engagements have included appearances with the London Sinfonietta and a star-studded performance of Gershwin’s Porgy & Bess. There have been two collaborations with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra under Daniele Gatti at the Royal Albert Hall, where the choir also performed in The Music of Morse for Classic FM and ITV3. Singers have taken part in two concerts for the Barbican’s “Only Connect” series, including film composer Zbigniew Preisner’s Silence, Night and Dreams and Serge Gainsbourg’s L' Histoire de Melody Nelson. This year the choir will perform Verdi’s Requiem in its fifth BBC Proms appearance.
CEFC pursues a busy recording schedule. Singers can be heard on recent albums by Alfie Boe and Katherine Jenkins, and on film and TV soundtracks, recently including Disney’s Prince Caspian and the revived Dr Who series.
You can here a bit of them on their Myspace page

The more I read about this album the more excited I am getting.
Panis Angelicus along with Pie Iesu are two of my all time favourites and I cant wait to hear Jonathans verions of Panis Angelicus.

Hi Natalie
Many people are thinking different things about it I think
But I have to say some pictures do make him look older, I have noticed that in the past
Not sure about this one mind
Although he does look mature and sophisticated on it
Maybe it's because we have seen so many natural unposed and lovely ones of him lately, Relaxed and candid, That FM's have been kind enough to share
Could be why it seems so different ??
