Blake fans are being asked to get involved in the release of the 2nd album by helping to choose which artwork will make up the cover. In a recent email from UCJ, fans were asked to choose between two photos and give their reasons for why. A winner will be picked from all the entries on Jul 25th and will receive 10 albums of their choice from the UCJ catalogue.

If you want to have your say and be in with a chance of winning 10 albums,

From the mailing, you will also see that two of the album tracks have been announced; Up Where We Belong and Time to Say Goodbye.

Just for fun, let's hear your thoughts on the choices too, do you prefer the black and white photo or the colour. What do you think of the tracks included and what others would you like to hear on the album?

Definitely the black and white one. The boys look more relaxed and are all smiling. x

Both Amazon and Play.com are showing the album cover with coloured photograph now which would suggest that this is the winner. However no official announcement has yet been made on their website so keep watching! Wink

From this track listing doesn't look as if they are aiming for the Classical Charts this time round?

PostPosted: Mon Aug 11, 2008 11:09 am    Post subject: new BLAKE album on amazon.co.uk for 8.99 :) Reply with quote

hey guys,

after seeing BLAKE on last choir standing last night I went to check out their new album on amazon.co.uk and its already available for 8.99 which is a great price, so I ordered 3 copies for me, my mum and my sister, as we are all big BLAKE fans (it runs in the family) - I'm not really worried if they are going to have a classical album or not, I just love their voices on any songs they sing, in fact, it would be better if they sang a few more modern songs, as this would get more kids interested in their music, which would mean them listening to some of their classical songs too - all good for everyone! Smile

anyhow, just thought I'd let you know that its cheaper on amazon Smile I wish they would pay me commission on the album tee hee Smile just kidding!

Big hug,

BIGDIVA. xxxxxxxxxx

The release date is getting closer and closer now......

What does everyone think of the tracklisting? any favourite songs amongst them? Do any of the songs make you curious as to how they will sound with Blake's harmonies?
