I'd love to, but live nearer to Wellington than Auckland, and it's the weekend just before my dance school's concert (full-dress rehearsal that weekend  ), so sadly not for me this time. I did a competitions dance once to Time To Say Goodbye (the Sarah Brightman & Andrea Bocelli version, won the class!   )

What a shame you can't attend the concert Valentina, as I'm sure Andrea will put on a fabulous performance.

Well, blow me down! I was saying, over a MONTH ago to my Grandma, that I bet the guest artist is going to be Anna Leese, not because there was any reason to think that, I was just "playing a hunch"!!!!!
I did know Anna was booked for Palmerston North on the 21st, so kinda suspected, seeing she'd be in the country, then maybe????
Just shows that hunches DO sometimes pay off!!!!!
Thanks for the article, would be great to hear them duetting. Wonder what they might sing together? Anna has a very strong voice, very clear, I heard her in Messaih in 2005 in Palmerston North. |
