It had been rumoured a while back that Russell was to perform at The Fight between Ricky Hatton and Juan Lascano.

It's great that there is cammaradery between the fellow Mancunians and Jerusalem is such an emotive song.

Listened to Radio 5 Live to hear some of the match  and sure enough Russell was there sang Land of Hope and Glory was wonderful just to hear Russell's voice. Russell is definitely back.
Don't know who won the boxing match as then turned it off    |

It's great you got to hear Russell, Jennie. (unfortunately I was at work boo)
Land of Hope and Glory is a great song too - very British
Wonder if there'll be a listen again, considering it's a sports event ?! |
