It made me laugh that Tomasina was worse than Jonathan, trying to get the suger of the bowl, I wouldnt even begin to try it it looks so hard ,I think I would have just used cream,  |

I agree Jonfan -i'd never even attempt sugar sponge -it all looks very complicated

Thanks Molly for the link...and THANKYOU Joanne for supplying the recording of this in the 1st place....most of us missed this when It was 1st broadcasted and again repeated the following day......Jon, such confidence is flowing out when you make an attempt with the cooking!!    |

Watched this with no sound on, so will have to re-wartch it again with sound, but it did look funny though

Im just as greedy Marian - I would have loved a little singing snippet from him too.
I love him on the cookery shows as we all know its his second passion after singing - but more than anything in the world - I love to hear him sing.
