this my review copied from the official forum CLICK HERE

Congratulations guys.
Classical Brits--my review

What an amazing experience for all fans friends family and artists. I was able to see all the artists arrive on the red carpet ( could not move anyway squashed against the railings--- not to sure if I am getting too old for this!!!!!)

I missed Blake when they turned up for their rehearsal however I was delighted to see them make a grand enter rance on the red carpet ( the ceremony had started with Jon Ansell and Hayley Westenra arriving on a motorbike together followed by David Garrett --talent violinist amazing guy.)

Blake gave us a wave , quick kiss from Dom and Jules and a quick chat from them all then they were ushered away to have photos taken by the official photographers---did not see them again till we were all seated in the hall and could see them on their table in the arena.

Can not remember all the events but Andre Bocelli and Sarah Brightman were outstanding along besides the delightfull Jon Ansell and Hayley Westerna ( Jon has progressed in to such an amazing vocalist and I am so glad he has continued singing)

David Garrett appeared with a couple of other musicians this guy knows how to do amazing things with a violin.

we were treated to a couple of songs from Josh Grobbin.

Andrew Lloyd Webber received an award for outstanding musical contribution or something similar.

Finally came the moment we were all waiting for along list of s artist were read out for the album of the year award ----which went to BLAKE - four young men jumped up in the air hugging one another and then professionally came to the stage and all took it in turns to give a speech.

the show finished with Andre Bocelli and Anna Netrebko ( i think that was who it was!!!)

Afterwards I went to see if I( could see the guys coming out of the stage door so did hundreds of others.
They eventually came out to be mobbed by loads of screaming girls--not to sure if they were expecting that but from where i was standing it did look quite hilarious---also somebody commented to me that they had not seen anything like that since the beatles---so Blake your path is now set.

THE END

ps Good morning Mary and everybody else who I was talking to yesterday, see you again soon.

It was an incredible night and lovely to be amongst so many classicalx artists and their fans.
Being Blake's artist supporter I have to say one of the hi-lights of the evening was seeing them win the Brit (and I got to see it afterwards!) but it was a wonderful evening all round. All the artists that performed did so to an incredibly high standard and it was lovely to see so many of them in the audience.

Congratulations to Stephen, Jules, Dom and Ollie - what a night!! Smile

Thank you Margaret, it really was a wonderful evening and I am looking forward to attending again next year. Smile

I met up with the guys afterwards before they went off to the various parties and we laughed at how they were now a Brit Award winning group - they were on such a high - it was quite infectious! Smile

I loved the evening and next year I will have to video record all the high and hilariuos moments the professional camera does nort catch; for fun as those will be the things Blake will look back on with fondness. ( It was the glimpses out of the corner of my eye and standing at the back of a crowd of people at a stage door has very many advantages.) Smile Very Happy Wink Wink

The following message was posted by Stephen on the Blake Facebook group page........

Massive thank you to everyone for their kind messages about our Brit Award. We are all currently in Japan launching our album here, but I've got online to upload some images directly from the Brit Awards. Hope you like them.

See you soon,

Stephen. xxx
