According to The Stage, Lee Mead will be singing as Raoul in a special concert performance of Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall in June.
Josh has been lined up to play the Phantom! And Lesley Garrett is in discussions about performing the role of the Prima Donna 'Carlotta'.
The concert is set to take place in June and will be recorded by BBC Radio 2, as part of a celebration of Andrew Lloyd Webber's 60th birthday! Although no contractual agreements have been set yet, this looks promising and I will be getting my ticket as soon is it goes on sale! x

| Thanks Lynz - this rumour has been running for a while. We have been waiting patiently for a little confirmation though as there have been a LOT of rumours. It will be great if it happens though. |

I've heard that this may not be going ahead now. This was on April 1st though so I'm hoping it's just an April Fool. If I find out any more I'll let you know. I'll be gutted if it's not going ahead! x _________________ 'A life in music is a life beautifully spent.' (Pavarotti) |
