Word of mouth works too! For the about 6 years that I have been a fan of Josh Groban, I have "spread the Josh" as we "Grobanites" like to call it. Very Happy

I just posted some stats for Noel in the Welcome thread (I just registered today) but since you ask for it in this thread; I'll repeat it: Josh Groban's Christmas CD, Noel, was the best selling CD in the US in 2007, with about 3.7 million copies sold! And he set a new record for a Christmas album with staying as #1 on Billboard for 5 weeks straight! Very Happy All in all, several figures are out there and I am not sure what the exact numbers are, but Josh has sold between 15 and 20 million copies worldwide of all of his CDs combined. Go check him out if you don't know him. I think he has the most beautiful voice in the world!

lol Yeah I guess that's a great recipe for success, but it's not really a sign of great musical integrity IMO. Josh was discovered by David Foster, who I guess was considered the most influential and powerful man in the music biz at the time, but he actually produces music and Simon doesn't.. seems like he [Simon] is more like a talent scout.

Keep spreading the Josh! Maybe we'll have more FOJGers on this site too now that Josh has his own artist page Razz

I actually did on Friday; I bought another copy of Noel. I intend to keep those I had before I got this last one, so I thought it was good to have a spare copy that I can give away. Smile
