My husband has bought me this album for christmas, and I'm itching to listen to it, but he's hidden it so I can't.
If the previous albums are anything to go by, it should be wonderful.

When the Royal Opera drafted Alfie Boe into their apprentice-singer scheme, little did they know how short his apprenticeship would be, because his career suddenly went stratospheric. He now guests at ENO and Glyndebourne while continuing his life as a crossover superstar, and it’s that side of his work we hear on this CD. But even when singing ‘O Sole Mio’ and ‘Funiculi Funicula’ he still sounds fabulous.
