Beeb brings out the Stars

Sunday Life knows that classical music crossover star, Alfie Boe - whose album, La Passione is predicted to be a major chart hit - WILL perform the song, Caruso, in the Beeb's Belfast studios.

Belfast is one of only four regional centres due to stage live music entertainment on the night.

I thought his rendition of Bring Him Home was really touching. It was a fitting tribute on such a special evening and I thought Alfie sang with great feeling and emotion.

I think he would make a great Jean Valjean sometime too!

Dawn I think those Loose Women are a bad influence on Alfie! - did you see him today? Wink Very Happy
He sang Grenada from his new album La Passione and then just near the end, cheekily took his jacket off and threw it into the audience! Very Happy
It's a lovely song though and he sang it brilliantly.
