Il Divo in concert- 12th April 2006

I know this was a while ago but I've been away from the site for so long that I haven't been on here to say what I thought of a recent Il Divo concert!

I went to the Il Divo concert at Birmingham NEC on the 12th April, and to be honest the real reason I went was to see Hayley Westenra who was an amazing support artist and if she was to ever do another concert in Birmingham I would go without a doubt! I hadn't really listened to Il Divo, in fact, I can't remember hearing more than about two songs in full, but I went along with my Mom (who I paid for as her 50th Birthday present!), two of her friends, one friend's husband and daughter and her other friend's daughter (big group of us!) and I must confess I had a wonderful time! Considering I never really listened to Il Divo before the concert I was impressed by the quality of their voices, the harmonies in their music and how well they treated their fans whilst they were on stage! The set was amazing, so well created, in fact, everything was wonderful!

So, a bit belated fellows, but well done and thank you for an amazing performance, Il Divo!
