This has also been posted on the Amici Forever thread, but as it gives a specific mention to Nick, I thought it should be posted here too. This is taken from the HMV Magazine (april edition) that's free in store and I believe they also have it posted on their website.

Amici Forever Defined
Successful sophomore release for the platinum -selling Opera Crossover group.(words by Clare O'Brien)

Vocal group Amici Forever capitalise on the success of their million-selling debut The Opera Band with this second fine crossover collection. Bass-baritone and arranger Nick Garrett left the group shortly after the album's completion, which explains why the quintet becomes a quartet on the album's cover photo.
Garrett has the knack of identifying what famous classical melodies will work for voice and cleverly rearranging them as Italiante operatic showstoppers. The results can be delightful; the lush vocal arrangement of the big "Brief Encounter" theme from Rachmaninov's 2nd Piano Concerto succeeds surprisingly well, as does the Oceanic Adagio from Khatchaturian's Spartacus. The group also sink their teeth into '80s hit The Power Of Love and playfully reinterpret The Prayer, originally made famous by Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion.

As all of Nick's fans are aware, he was responsible for the vocal arrangments on Defined and so it is wonderful to see his hard work acknowledged in such a way.It makes the wait for his solo album exciting too!

Its good to see that even though Nick has left the group, his work on Defined is still getting recognition. He is a great guy and a wonderful performer and I agree with the sentiments already expressed, the solo album is really something to look forward to Very Happy

Cool Cool Defined would not have been the successful cd it is had it not been for Nick's
hard work on the vocal arranging and also the hard work of David, Geoff, Jo and Tsakane. It was truely beautiful to hear how they harmonized and blended their voices intogether so well. It was smooth and splendidly done how they just flowed into their part of the song. I have heard no other group who have been able to do what they were able to when Nick was with them. Am definitely waiting on pins and needles for when Nick get's his first cd out and I am also looking forward to hearing
Amici's third to see how they sound now without Nick. Nick's rocket has already blasted off into stardom and demands to know more about him and hear his work.
He is a wonderful person with a great sense of humor and I know that there will be alot more coming out and being said about this so very, very gifted gentleman.
