From Mario's Yahoo fan site :

The Greek Institute in Cambridge, MA (www.thegreekinstitute.org) is bringing Mario to sing for their annual major fundraiser. Mike Dukakis is the Chair of the committee and will be introducing the evening.

Here are the details:

The Greek Institute Presents Mario Frangoulis in Concert accompanied by leading Boston musicians from the Esplanade Pops Orchestra, Boston Lyric Opera, Handel & Haydn Society and world-class Greek musicians.

FRIDAY, JUNE 16, 2006 at 8PM EST
Sanders Theatre at Memorial Hall
45 Quincy Street (Harvard University)
Cambridge, MA 02138

All proceeds to benefit The Greek Institute, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization established in 1988, whose mission is "to create a greater awareness and understanding of the extraordinary achievements of Greek culture from antiquity to the present."

Ticket information:

Through The Greek Institute: 617-547-4770 or e-mail them at: greekinst@verizon.net

Through Harvard's website at: www.fas.harvard.edu/tickets

Tickets are: $105, $80, $50, and a limited number with obstructed views for $25

Please tell everyone you know! The theatre isn't that large (1,166
seats) so it will sell out quickly. It is an incredible venue that was built in the 19th century and where the likes of Roosevelt, Churchill, and Martin Luther King have spoken.

Demetra is organising this concert. Tickets are being printed next week and there will be lots of publicity in the major outlets in the next 3 weeks.

Tickets go on sale on 21 March.

Hi Maria Very Happy
I would love to come to the States one day - probably when I retire in 3 years time. I'd love to enjoy some real good Texan hospitality.
