From The shows website -
'Today's show welcomes the dulcit tones of operatic starlets G4, as they team up with our very own Lesley Garrett for a rousing rendition of 'Barcelona!'... '
Can't wait to hear all about it from everyone who managed to get a ticket |

Here's my 'review' that I posted on the G4 forums - hope it makes sense to you all on here!!
What a day!!
Very cold but well worth the frostbite! Had to wait ages to be let into the studio - loving Rita’s work, never has a list been so concise for an audience…
There was a great turn-out of onliners and siters (and some non-forum G4 fans) plus several regulars who didn’t know the boys were going to be on. Floor manager Will was rather yummy.. we soon made ourselves known to him - well he started it to be fair - we don’t take much encouragement! But he did have more than a hint of Garethness about him so that was all good! His random fact about there only being 1 tube station in London that doesn’t contain any of the letters from the work ‘mackerel’ was a gem - Will was not only fun but informative
Not sure the Loose Women have ever had such an enthused audience as they had to contend with today - I think they were actually rather impressed with us. There was some lovely banter between them and us before the show and during the ad breaks etc.
I thought Jon and Mike coped very well with the 4 women - hope to see the interview again at some point as I couldn’t hear all that they said unfortunately. Had to laugh though when Jon said he’d name us all later on.. hope they’re not tired of seeing the same old faces?! Gillian and Carol gloated when the boys left the stage that they’d got to touch them.. Our opportunity would come later ladies, don’t worry!
We had to be quiet when the boys and Lesley came out to sing - we got a cheeky ‘shhh’ from Mike as they waited for their cue. Outstanding performance - tingles galore once again. Unfortunately the cameras were obstructing our view at times but that didn’t detract too much from the performance - managed to catch a couple of classic Ben faces! The boys and Lesley received a much deserved standing ovation from the audience when the performance finished - they were all beaming, looked like they’d thoroughly enjoyed themselves
We waited outside afterwards, to keep ourselves entertained while we waited we decided to graffiti the boys’ car - only with our fingers in the grime on the rear windscreen I hasten to add! The boys came out in relatively quick time (for them!) and spent time with all of us, chatting, signing and having photos taken.
We tried to get some info about the tour out of Mike about their solos and the medley but apparently he knows ‘nuffink’ - very Essex there Mike! After joking with Jon about him being a ‘monster’ we asked him the same questions and put forward our ideas to him - a Bee Gees or Beatles medley are in the ideas bag so fingers crossed…! Ben was already in the car so we spoke to him (and said a quick Hi to Matt who was hidnig in the back!) He said that he was in Ghana for his birthday and that the guys had all forgotten - shame on you! Gareth was the one who remembered late in the day, but he celebrated when they got home. He said his and Mike’s marathon training is going well - they’re up to 14 miles now (I think) but Jon is a bit behind so he needs a bit of a push to get on with his training
Mike, Ben, Jon and Matt - thanks for another *faaaabulous* performance, and for spending so much time with us after the show - see you in April!
Love and hugs,
Kerry xxxx _________________

Great review, Kerry! Thanks for posting - sounds as though you all had (yet another) fablous time!
I didn't watch it, as the Loose Women people knark me a bit and I am generally irritated by the programme so it was good to hear about your "behind the scenes" action! _________________
