Blake to perform at Songs of Praise - The Big Sing

Blake will be amongst the artists performing at the BBC Songs of Praise Concert - The Big Sing, Sunday 14th September at the Royal Albert Hall (presented by Aled Jones)

Unfortunately tickets for this event are SOLD OUT, but you can always try the Royal Albert Hall box office for any cancellation tickets.

For those of you going, have a great time and for those that aren't keep an eye out on TV for when it's broadcast. Smile

The Big Sing records two programmes, xantha, one that is usually shown in the Autumn / harvest time and one at Christmas / New Year. It is quite an evening! - starts at 6.00 and goes on until 10.00 - and the audience / congregation work very hard too!

It is great Blake are appearing -I shall look out for them! -and yes, I am going Very Happy

I won't be attending as I'll be at another concert but I know xbons and a few other people from here are going so I look forward to reading the reports afterwards. From what I've heard there's going to be a few Classicalx featured artists present too so I hope you all have an enjoyable evening. Smile

Hi xaria

I have a spare ticket if you are interested and can get yourself down to London. Let me know in the morning if so and we will work out the logistics. THe tickets are £9.00; it starts at 6.00 doors open at 5.15, but we are meeting on the steps of the Albert Memorial from 4.30 on.

Blake appeared in both the programmes televised tonight

They will go out on: Sunday 26th October (The Big Sing) and Sunday 14th December (the Big Sing Christmas Gifts)
