Macmillian's World's Biggest Coffee Morning takes place on Friday September the 26th. It's a perfect chance to catch up with friends, family and colleagues, whilst helping people affected by cancer. Last year thousands of people across the UK held coffee mornings and raised an incredible total of £7.5 million. With your help, Macmillan aim to break the £8 million barrier this year.

One in three of us will get cancer. 2 million of us are living with it.
- We are all affected by cancer and we can all help.
Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They are a source of support, providing practical, medical, emotional and financial help. Macmillan are a force for change, listening to people affected by cancer and working for better care.
And imagine the surprise on everyone’s face when singing sensation Jonathan Ansell arrives at your coffee morning! One lucky host will be truly surprised on the 26th September when Jonathan pops in for a cuppa!

CFM Radio gave the Coffee Morning a mention yesterday, I just heard
Macmillan people mention it with Thanks and Jonathan's name, and threw a wobbly
I'm afraid I missed where Jonathan had
sung, but he sang the Drinking Song, he felt it was most appropriate.
Very short and sweet. Sorry can't tell you how much they had made.
I did go to a Coffee Morning, but he wasn't at mine.

I was wondering where Jonathan was for the world's biggest coffee morning
and he sung The Brindisi Duet from La Traviata, I love that. Well done Jonathan |

There is a bit more about the "Macmillan Coffee Morning" on CFM web
site and a couple of pics. Jonathan dropped in on host Joanne Beavis at
Helm Godfrey Partners in London. She had the shock of her life when
Jonathan turned up. He took part in the Coffee Morning and sang a song.
When all the cash was collected up they hoped to make over £8 M.
