Whetted my appetite for RSC too!
Not that it needed any whetting!
Wouldnt it be great if UCJ/Shalit Global did a competition where the prize was for Jonathan to cook for you!
His meal looked so delicious - he could just repeat the menu for me - if I was the winner!
Think I'd rather go to his place than mine though - couldnt bear that mess in the kitchen!

Celebrity Come Dine with Me delivers 2.9m viewers on opening night
Channel 4's 'Celebrity Come Dine with Me' opened with 2.9m viewers vindicating the broadcaster's decision to give the daytime programme a primetime series.
The series, which began with a one-off celebrity edition featuring It Girl Tamara Beckwith, singer Lynsey de Paul, musician MC Harvey and tenor Jonathan Ansell, attracted a 12.6% share of the audience at 8pm, according to unofficial overnight figures.
Including C4's digital channel Channel 4+1, 'Celebrity Come Dine with Me' was watched by 3.1m viewers and a 13.7% share of the audience, which is well above the 2.2m slot average.

Not bad viewing figures, I like to think it was JUST because of a certain Mr Ansell appearing |

Thanks xcept
Great to see it was above the average for that slot and I am sure it's something to do with a certain young gentleman of our acquaintance!! Well, it had me viewing it and I have never watched that programme before _________________ Marian X

Those viewing figures are excellent, I bet channel 4 were very pleased with them, and I think it may have something to do with a Handsome Blond Tenor that we know and love, |

Knew the viewing figures would be good for this show - well, Jonathan appearing does tend to do that and with magazine sales as well when he's featured !! _________________

Marian I was rather thinking of "dinner for two" - but I think I could extend it to one other - fancy it?

LOL Marian!
Thought it might be a silly question!
When shall we arrange it for?
I think I shall indulge myself this afternoon - and watch the show again!
Every time I see him burning that sugar and flapping that smoke alarm - it lifts my spirits hugely!
Bless his heart.

| Which one of you is it who buys him all the unusual presents? May I suggest fire extinguisher or set of cutlery for his next surprise! |

Anima that is such a great idea.
I'm sure - no sooner said than done will be the case here - with Marian and Cathy!
I'd love to see his face opening a present to find a fire extinquisher or cutlery. He would so not expect it. That would be so funny.
