Friday 1st
* Dawn Patrol: BBC radio 2 Aled sits for The Dawn Patrol: News, views and music, plus a review of the morning's papers. Including 6.20 Pause for Thought.
* Friday Night is Music Night: BBC radio 2 and Mermaid, London: Aled presents the show live from London's Mermaid. Martin Yates conducts the BBC Concert Orchestra with special guests tenor Nicholas Ransley, soprano Rebecca Bottone and Juan Martin on guitar
Sunday 3rd:
* Good Morning Sunday: BBC 2 7.00 – 9.00: Aled welcomes Grammy Award-winning singer and UN Global Ambassador Dionne Warwick, while Chick Yuill offers his pearls of wisdom.
* The Choir: BBC 3 6.30 – 8.00: Aled talks to Robert Hollingworth about the short-lived, 16th century genre of madrigal comedy and presents a complete performance of a modern madrigal fable - Menotti's The Unicorn, the Gorgon and the Manticore, marking the first anniversary of the composer's death

* Songs of Praise: BBC 1 4.35 - 5.10: Aled visits the Church of the Holy Innocents in Highnam, Gloucestershire, designed by Thomas Gambier Parry whose son composed the icon of British music, Jerusalem.

* The Choir: BBC 3 6.30 – 8.00 Aled presents choral settings of words by the quintessential American poet, Walt Whitman, and discovers that Whitman's fame began when he was taken up by English composers. With music by Vaughan Williams, Holst, Delius, Hindemith and Charles Ives.
