Katherine will be a special guest at Placido Domingo's Hong Kong (AsiaWorld-Arena) concert on the 1 March 2008.

The Greatest Operatic Artist meets The Dazzling Special Guest
Born in Neath 27 years ago in Britain, Katherine Jenkins showed her blossoming talent in singing in early childhood. Since her stage premiere in 2004, she has performed in various venues ranging from the grand opera houses to popular stadiums. Re-defining the concept of classical crossover, Katherine Jenkins presents classical songs in brand new ways and adds classical elements into pop music. She is the only singer in musical history to simultaneously hold the Number 1, 2 and 3 position in the classical album charts in Britain. She is also the only female artist ever to win two consecutive classical BRIT awards. Her album “From the Heart” released in Hong Kong in 2007 was amongst the Top 3 in the HMV and Hong Kong Records Classical Chart.
On March 1, Placido Domingo will grace the stage in Hong Kong together with the dazzling special guest Katherine Jenkins, the world’s famous conductor Eugene Kohn, and a 78-piece symphony orchestra. This show is going to bring the audience a great surprise!
