Here's a couple more messages which the Blake guys have posted on their Facebook group....

"Just a quick note to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Thanks for all your support over the last 7 months and really looking forward a busy 2008 - spreading the word! With love, DOM X ".

" Thank you to everyone on our facebook group - 2007 has been an amazing year for Blake and we wouldn't have achieved anything without your kind support - The christmas single charted just outside the top 100, which is fine when you consider that this year nearly 1/3 of songs in the chart were previous top 10 hits - let's hope that in introducing our christmas single for 2007, we can keep it coming back every year!

Everyone have a superb Christmas holiday, and we'll see you in the new year with some massive surprises for all our friends and fans. 2008 is going to be fun!

Warm regards,

Stephen. BLAKE. xxx ".

I only came across this article earlier today but it might be of interest to some of you. The BBC chats to stars about how they will be spending Christmas - one of whom was Dom!

How will you be spending Christmas?
At my oldest brother's house in Oundle. It's the first time my parents haven't organised Christmas, but I think they deserve a rest after 29 years.

Who'll be cooking the dinner?
This year it'll be Ali, my brother. God help us!

Brussels sprouts: Good or evil?
I used to live in Brussels and it's a nice place - so good.

What have you asked Santa to leave in your stocking?
The Blake album.

What's the worst Christmas gift you've ever given?
The Blake album!

Can you tell a Christmas cracker joke?
I got one last night at a function. What do you do if you see a spaceman? Park in it, man. Appalling.
