In Tune With Nature Nationwide Tour, Blenheim, 19 February 2008

Hayley Westenra and Dave Dobbyn first shared a stage in London to a standing audience,at the city's rock venue, Shepherds Bush Empire. It was an unlikely pairing that struck an obvious chord as soon as the first duet began. When they ended the night with a stirring version of Dobbyn's "Welcome Home" it was clear they would work together again.

This summer, Westenra and Dobbyn will get back in tune with nature. Escape from the city and relax in the open air of New Zealand's finest vineyards. The "In Tune With Nature" concert series, presented by Newstalk ZB, offers a rare opportunity to see on the same bill the 3-million-selling Westenra and Dobbyn, whose songs have become the soundtrack to many New Zealand lives.

They will each perform separately with their own band and collaborate on songs that have stood the test of time. The programme will also feature the talented violin player, Fiona Pears.

Kiwi musical favourites, Dave Dobbyn and Hayley Westenra will be staging a summer concert at Millbrook resort on Saturday, February 16 2008.

The pair will perform both together and separately with their own support bands. Aptly called In tune with nature, the concert will feature Welcome home, Oughta be in love and Tim Finn's Six months in a leaky boat.

In Tune with Nature Tour - Hayley Westenra & Dave Dobbyn, Hurunui, 17 February 2008

Newstalk ZB and Civic Events present Hayley Westena and Dave Dobbyn on the In Tune with Nature Tour, amongst the vines of The Mud House Winery and Cafe. This outdoor concert will go ahead rain or shine.

The first set will begin at 6.00pm, followed by a short interval with the second set starting at 7.30pm.

Bring chairs and blankets and relax listening to some great music. Food stalls and fully licensed beverages are available on site. No 'BYO' Alcohol or glass.

VIP packages and Bus/Show Ticket packages available, accompanied children under 12 free.
