I don't know if this have been offically released yet but I bought the CD/DVD from a greek seller on Ebay. It was worth the wait and I'm enjoying it very much.
The CD has 16 tracks from the DVD and the DVD has 20 plus 5 bonus tracks.
Hope this is of interest.

Thanks so much, I will look out for it. I have never been fortunate enough to see Mario in concert yet, so will get second best, a dvd.

I was at the concert in Athens for Music of the Night and you will enjoy this DVD as if you were there. Available at Greekshops in Ca. N/A in many stores here and it is in the PAL mode and will only play on your computer or if you have a DVD player that plays this mode.
