Nick Garrett Merchandise?

I saw recently on Nick's site that a few of his VIP's have been asking for posters of him.
Very Happy

It made me wonder, what other items of merchandise you would like to have if they were made available.I can think of at least 3 colour options they would need to be made in, just to accomodate the girls Wink

Lets hear your ideas! Smile

hmmm there are endless possibilties for this, but let me see......

I quite like the idea of a Nick Garrett biography with lots of photos and stories about his music career etc. I think that would make for an interesting read and people who haven't met him could see what a talented and witty guy he really is.

As regards other merchandise, I think it would need to be stylish and tasteful, like the man himself and definitely come in 3 colour choices; Pink, Black and White.

Or what about a 2007 calendar! not just one but 12 lovely photos of Nick Very Happy

When Nicks site first come up in August 05, we started a merchandise topic. It is in the old archives, we came up with pink & black t-shirts, mugs, & posters to name a few. There were some pretty good suggesions, but the calendar sounds like a winner and the Bio book sounds good to. How about a Nick book marker to go with that book. Smile

The list of requests for merchandise is growing - you should check it out as there are some quite amusing ones!! BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR as it might just happen!!

There'll be something new for his fans along these lines coming to his site very soon....stay tuned!

I've seen the topic of Nick's merchandise over on Nick's site too, there are some very unusal but amusing and innovative ideas on there. It would be great if some of them actually made it into official merchandise! Smile

Nick key chains would be great also...I got one in the post today from a VIP fan who I adopted as my little sister. It was a "Mind the Gap" key chain. It gave me such a laugh...I simply love it!

A keychain is a great idea as its small and discreet but also practical.
I don't know if you have them in the USA, but the supermarkets here ask for a ¬£1 deposit on their trollies which you do by inserting your ¬£1 into a slot in the trolley. When you return it to a trolley stand you get your money back. Several companies now do keychains with a detactable token on it which is the size of the ¬£1 that you can use instead. We could adopt this idea and put a picture of Nick on the token as well as the fob!

Well it looks like the wait will soon be over as Nadia has said that Nick Garrett Merchandising will soon be available at a "store" near you!

It's getting very exciting isn't it - merchandise, photos and a new album to look forward to - all you need then is a few concerts and maybe some news articles and interviews and everyone will be ecstatic Very Happy

Can not wait to see what you all came up with. I have a feeling that some of us will be sporting Garrett merchandise to a fanatical status!!!!

Oh and xantha you forgot to add that a world tour must be added to all exiting things to come for next year!

A Nick shop would be fantastic. Just imagine everything in it with Nick on it ... yummy Razz

. Would need to start saving so lets hope there isn't too much too choose from all in one go or it would be reeaaaallly hard.

CALENDAR ( A MUST HAVE!!!!!!!)
T.SHIRTS (black, pink, white obviously!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
HIS ALBUM (of course!!)

will do nicely for starters Very Happy

then comes the rest of the quirky stuff that could come out for Xmas, Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day

my thoughts anyhows.

Xmas is coming and you might just be able to buy a few Xmas pressies at Nick's Shop, like posters, t.shirts and maybe even that Calendar for 2007 !

Now that would be something to look forward to on Christmas day Amy, Nick Garrett in your Christmas stocking. I can see it now - Garrett girls all over the world writing out their christmas wish list and Nick's name is atop everyone of them. Well at least if you can't get the man in person, a calendar or poster would be a good alternative!

Christmas is on the doorstep and I even already saw a Santa yesterday.. very disturbing actually but hey... if Nick

would have been in that suit, I would have asked to sit in his lap for sure Laughing
