First and foremost - thank you classicalx for adding Nick Garrett to your site. The interview is really great. A very informative insight in who Nick is and what he has set out to accomplish.
The interview is also a great fun read - the questions at the end have you gasping for more!!
Again thank you!
I am glad I found you classicalx! Cool

Agreed - the interview is excellent. He's been added really quickly, and with a lot of info. It's certainly made me excited about his new solo career!

Edit: I might even add him to my banner/sig Wink

Great article for a great artist on a great website too!

Thanks classicalx for listening to us Nick Garrett fans. We will be paying lots more visits over here now too.

For those yet to be 'converted' - you'll soon realise NICK is a star in every sense and gives so much to this genre of music. A fantastic bloke and always in touch with his fans. You can't beat that personal touch and appreciate the way he responds to our posts, questions and tells us all his news.

Anyone of you who likes what you hear should try and get yourselves across to the Lindbury, Royal Opera House in March too.

Why not check out his site too (www.nickgarrett.net) where all the Garrett Girls and Garrett Guys hang out. You'd be really welcome. It's fun, informative and well run - like it is here - so come on over - dont be shy Wink You also then get to be VIP of Nick's special Inner Sanctum which is brilliant.

Good job Classicalx !

I Agree! It's great to have Nick added to the site! Can't wait to hear more about his forthcoming projects and concerts too. Like Jack has already said, anyone who hasn't yet been converted, please visit Nick's website...www.nickgarrett.net As a fellow Garrett Girl I can assure you we are all very friendly and the man himself does post regularly on the discussion boards. We have tremendous support from his management team too who keep us regularly informed of all the latest Nick Garrett news! It is a great site to be part of!

Definitely will check out the Nick Garrett site. You see people in groups like Amici, think they have talent, but if you are not a real 'fan' you wonder after a while what has happened to them. Well, with all your enthusiasm and the great interview by classicalx I am sure we will soon all be converted Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Anyone who rivals Bryn is right up my street Laughing Laughing Laughing

Looks like we are getting some people over here for Nick. It is so wonderful to see
a class act web site like you have. Cool Our Nick is the type of person that you can't help but admire and like as he is so unassuming in his God given talents. There is no watch out Terfel he has been left blowing in the wind just like the New Zealander
bass/baritone. There is no comparison between Nick and them. He is The Voice: Bass/Baritone Nick Garrett. I have loved opera since I was a child and I know great voices when I hear them. Nick is the best bass/Baritone I have ever heard. He overshadows even Sherrill Milnes from years ago just like Placido Domingo blew
Pavarotti out of the water with his voice. Razz But now more people are going to get to know about Nick and his God given talents and that is a good thing for us the listening public who love this kind of music. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I finally made my way over here. Smile Thank you Classicalx for adding Nick Garrett to this wonderful site. It's good to see many of Nicks regular website members here also. Nick Garrett is the #1 Bass baritone singer in the eyes of all his website members. His voice is in a league of its own, brilliant to say the least. He has amazing talent and as much as his fans are dedicated to him, he is dedicated to his fans.

are you trying to say that Amici have no talent? Confused If so, then that is not only and insult to them, their fans, but also to Nick who was a part of the group for such a long time. Regardless of what your views on the issue are, be respectful....no artist bashing please! Rolling Eyes

I think there has been a massive misunderstanding little_queen_b .(we KNOW every last member of Amici is incredibly talented)Saying to 'see people in groups like Amici and think they have talent', is far from an insult.(just a little open for alternative interpretation Wink ) . To not have followed Amici closely enough to know what happened with Nick's career when he left the group is also no insult. For this site to have made someone interested in FINDING OUT more is great and to be encouraged. Amici Fans like you could help Zio 'fill the gaps' you'll know the story inside out and could really help.Go on. time to drag some one over to the 'DARKSIDE' make an Amici fan out of an interested person Wink Laughing Very Happy

Nick Garrett is a rare gem in a sea full of artificially enhanced stones.
One can see that he is multi-faceted and his brilliance shines through.
We all adore him , and look forward to enjoying more of his talents. Very Happy
