TAKE a left down here - Charlotte Church was snapped out taking driving lessons with stepfather James at the weekend.
She was spotted getting to grips with
her new Mini car which her rugby star boyfriend, Gavin Henson,
reportedly lavished on her as a Christmas present.
The
19- year-old has now moved in with the Wales and Ospreys centre, who's
out of action after being banned from the game - he'll return raring to
drive ahead in the middle of the Six Nations championship.
And seeing Charlotte out with her step-dad James, is good news for the Church family, who have been under the cosh recently.
Taking
driving lessons - which, as any family will tell you is a test of
nerves and patience - is a sign that the reported feud between the pair
has been put to rest.
The family hit the headlines in
December when London tabloids reported how James had allegedly cheated
on Charlotte's 39-year- old mother Maria with a trainee cook at the
Robin Hood pub the couple own in Cardiff.
At the time, Maria was admitted to Cardiff's Llandough Hospital having reportedly taken an overdose.
And
yesterday it was reported that Charlotte had pledged to withdraw from
the media spotlight following the invasion of her family's private life.
Mr Church has since insisted that the couple are working at their marriage and that everything is "hunky dory".
But
driving lessons don't make for easy relationships between teenagers and
their parents, so perhaps the fireworks aren't over for good.
