A million sales in two years for Fron Male Voice choir

A north Wales choir has already sold a million albums in just two years.

The Fron Male Voice Choir made chart-busting history in the music industry when its first album, Voices of the Valley, became the best-selling classical album of 2006.

Not only did it hold the Classical No.1 spot for two months, it reached No 9 in the Pop Album Charts.

The album achieved gold sales within three days and platinum within two weeks.

The follow up, Encore, rapidly soared to gold, and the new disc, Home, released just weeks ago, went straight to the top of the Classical Charts, making a classical hat-trick of three No.1 albums in a row.
