Opera fans have a treat in store as singing sensation Katherine Jenkins is on song for a pre-Christmas M.E.N. Arena date.
The mezzo-soprano, currently touring with Darcey Bussell in the sell-out Viva La Diva show, will return to Manchester on December 18.
The concert is part of a 14-date tour that ends with her Welsh homecoming at the Cardiff Arena.
Katherine, 27, has supported Aled Jones on tour, performed at the Sydney Opera House and regularly tops the classical charts.
The official mascot of the Welsh rugby team, she will release her sixth album in November.
She said: "Although I've loved being in Viva La Diva, it has meant I haven't done a concert tour for two years.
"I am so excited to be going back out on the road with an orchestra and to debut songs from the new album."
Katherine will be supported on tour by 'classical boyband' Blake, who have just scooped the Album of the Year accolade at the Classic Brits.
Katherine Jenkins plays the M.E.N. Arena on Thursday, December 18. £25, £35 and £40. Tickets go on sale on Friday, May 16 at 10am.
