The TV/radio presenter, 30, was one of the first on the red carpet as she arrived at the Royal Albert Hall, where she is set to host tonight's ceremony
Cutting a svelte figure in the stunning dress, Myleene's red carpet appearance is dramatically different to last year, where she dressed for comfort in a low-key burgundy dress covering her baby bump.
While Myleene is sure to win points with fashion experts for her summery look, opera singer Sarah Brightman stunned fans outside the Royal Albert Hall with her risque leather ensemble.
The 47-year-old soprano stood out from the predominantly black tie crowd as she teamed a PVC wraparound jacket with thigh high leather boots and purple feather boa.
Her ex-husband Lord Lloyd-Webber is expected to accept a Lifetime Achievement Award tonight.
New Zealand opera singer Hayley Westenra, 21 and former G4 tenor Jonathan Ansell, 26, also caused a stir by driving on to the red carpet riding a carriage attached to a motorcycle.
The pair formed a friendship last year when Westerna duetted with Ansell on the track Un Giorno Per Nol from Romeo and Juliet on his solo album Tenor At The Movies.
Other stars attending tonight's ceremony included Andrea Bocelli, Lesley Garrett, violinist Nicola Benedetti, Natasha Marsh, Icelandic tenor Garðar Thór Cortes, Russia's Anna Netrebko and British quartets Blake and All Angels.
Netrebko is set to battle it out with pianist Angela Hewitt, cellist Natalie Clein for Female Artist Of The Year
Despite violinist Nigel Kennedy public "ousting" from performing at the show, Bocelli, Brightman, Bryn Terfel and virtuoso David Garrett will take to the stage.
Kennedy said he planned to perform with string quartet Bond, but the Brits organisers had turned him down.
Kennedy's manager Terri Robson said: "If he is not allowed to play with people he wants to play with he can't play. I can't think of any other musician who would accept being told who to play with. He has been prevented from playing."
