Mario Frangoulis, well known Greek tenor, will be accompanied on stage by two former participants in the Eurovision Song Contest. Mario was considered to represent Greece in the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest.
Frances Ruffelle, UK representative in 1994 with Lonely Symphony and Tony Award Winner, is one of the famous singers who will share with him tonight and tomorrow the stage of the 1st Athens Arena International Music Festival in order to perform songs from popular musicals. Her plans also include a new album soon and the release of a dance remix of her Eurovision entry.
Lara Fabian, Luxembourg representative in 1988, will be in Athens on 16th and 17th May to perform on the Athinon Arena stage, together with the Greek tenor, favourite movie soundtracks. This is not their first collaboration, since they performed together So in Love, theme song of the film De-lovely.
