Sissel, a singer from Norway seen on two PBS specials, will perform at the Bushnell Center for Performing Arts Wednesday and Feb. 14.
Sissel sang as a child performer at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway, and contributed to the soundtrack of "Titanic," credited as Sissel Kjyrkjeboe.
She was featured on a Christmas special with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, resulting in a CD "Spirit of the Season," and has a CD of her "Northern Lights" PBS special.
She performs in English and Norwegian.
